These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of belloxe.com and the purchase of any Belloxe products. By accessing this website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About Belloxe

"Belloxe" (also "we," "us," "our," "the Company") operates this online store and sells cosmetic and beauty products to U.S. customers. Contact: belloxees@gmail.com

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your state of residence) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to place orders or create an account on Belloxe. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Belloxe is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when Belloxe sends an order confirmation email AND processes payment. Until both occur, Belloxe is under no obligation to fulfill the order.

Belloxe reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Refuse, cancel, or modify any order for any reason or no reason
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer, household, or order
  • Cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms
  • Cancel orders involving pricing or product description errors (even after the order is placed and charged) — in which case we will refund the customer the full amount paid
  • Discontinue products without notice

5. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes.
  • Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address.
  • Belloxe may change prices at any time without notice. The price in effect at the time the order confirmation is sent governs that order.
  • In the event of a pricing error, Belloxe is not obligated to honor the erroneous price and may cancel the order and refund the customer.
  • Payment must be received in full before the order is shipped.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and (when available) Klarna and Afterpay.

6. Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated and collected based on the shipping address and applicable U.S. state and local tax laws. You are responsible for any additional taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

7. Product information and disclaimers

(a) Cosmetic products only. Belloxe sells cosmetic products only. Our products are not drugs, medical devices, or therapeutic treatments. We make no medical, therapeutic, or curative claims. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

(b) Individual results vary. Claims about product performance reflect typical results in consumer studies. Your results may differ based on skin type, age, lifestyle, frequency of use, and other factors. Belloxe does not guarantee any specific result.

(c) Allergy and sensitivity warning. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, read the ingredient list before use and patch-test on a small area of skin for 24–48 hours before applying broadly. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Belloxe is not liable for adverse reactions, allergies, or sensitivities resulting from use of our products when ingredient information was reasonably disclosed.

(d) Photographs and visual representation. Product photos are for illustration. Actual product color, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screen settings, batch variation, and other factors.

(e) "AS IS." Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belloxe disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

8. Shipping

Subject to our Shipping Policy (which is incorporated by reference). Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

9. Returns and refunds

Subject to our Refund Policy (which is incorporated by reference), including the 30-day money-back guarantee subject to all stated conditions.

10. Intellectual property

All content on belloxe.com — including text, photos, graphics, logos, product designs, the Belloxe brand and trademarks, and the underlying website code — is the exclusive property of Belloxe or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress law.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content
  • Use our brand, name, logos, or product images to promote any other product or service
  • Use any trademark or service mark of Belloxe without our express prior written consent
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, attempt to replicate, or create a substantially similar product
  • Use any data-mining, robots, scraping, or similar gathering tools

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account, legal action, and recovery of damages, costs, and attorneys' fees.

11. User-submitted content

By submitting any content to Belloxe (reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, comments, suggestions), you:

  • Grant Belloxe a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works of the content for any purpose, including marketing and promotion, without compensation to you.
  • Represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • Waive any moral rights, attribution rights, or similar rights to the extent permitted by law.
  • Agree that Belloxe may use your first name, last initial, and city in connection with the content.

Belloxe may, at its sole discretion, remove or refuse to post any user content for any reason.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use our website to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm any person
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with the security or operation of our website
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or abuse of our refund policy

Belloxe may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

(a) In no event will Belloxe, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the website, products, or these Terms, even if Belloxe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

(b) Belloxe's total aggregate liability to any customer for any and all claims arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, or the products will not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

(c) Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages — in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Belloxe, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your misuse of our products
  • Your violation of any law or third-party right
  • Any content you submit to Belloxe

15. Force majeure

Belloxe is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, government action, labor disputes, supplier failures, internet or carrier outages, or any other event of force majeure.

16. Dispute resolution

(a) Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first email us at belloxees@gmail.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue.

(b) Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms, the products, or your relationship with Belloxe that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by individual, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held in New York County, New York, or via online arbitration at AAA's discretion.

(c) Class action waiver. You and Belloxe each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative action. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only.

(d) Opt-out. You may opt out of binding arbitration and the class action waiver by sending written notice to belloxees@gmail.com within 30 days of your first order. Notice must include your full name, mailing address, order number, and a clear statement that you decline to be bound by arbitration. Opt-out has no effect on your ability to use Belloxe products or services.

(e) Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The federal courts in the Southern District of New York have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration.

(f) Time to file. Any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after one year are permanently barred.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. No waiver

Belloxe's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that or any other provision.

19. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Belloxe regarding the website and products and supersede any prior agreements.

20. Changes

Belloxe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
